There is no Level 4 morning training on Sunday 11th May.
Early morning training (Tues, Weds & Fridays), from Tuesday 13th May starts at 6.15am - you need to be on poolside ready to swim at 6.15.

Chris qualifies for the Nationals!
Chris Pithey is off to Liverpool in July to swim at the British Championships, after winning the 50m Fly at Sheffield recently in a time of 27.00, to gain the first ever National time and achieved a New Lincolnshire County 19+ Age Group Record & a New Masters Record at the same time! Full story
