Sheffield City Swimming Club is delighted to host the Spring Open Meet 2026 at the world-class Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on Saturday 21st March 2026. Licensed at Level 3 under Swim England regulations, this event offers swimmers the chance to compete in a wide range of events, from 50m sprints to the challenging 400m Freestyle and Individual Medley. The meet will feature Heat Declared Winners (HDW) across all age groups, with medals awarded from 9 years through to 16 & over. Special awards will also be presented, including the Top Visiting Club Trophy and the Colin Cunningham Awards for the highest-scoring male and female swimmers. With electronic timing, a ten-lane 50m pool, and a dedicated warm-up and swim-down facility, the competition promises a professional and exciting racing environment. Clubs and swimmers from across the region are warmly invited to take part in what is set to be a fantastic day of racing and celebration of the sport.
