
Squad Criteria
- Perform all strokes.
- All legal turns.
- Dive in to shallow water.
- Aiming to achieve county qualifying times and working towards regional qualifying times.
Training Expectations
- 10 x 100m freestyle @ 1.45
- 10 x 100m IM @ 2.00
Equipment
- 1 litre bottle of water or squash per hour.
- Hat, goggles and spares.
- Kickboard.
- Fins.
- Pull buoy.
- Snorkel.
- Recording board and pencil.
Competitions
- Club championship.
- Level 1, 2 & 3 meets.
Anything Else?
- Ages 14+.
Training times (8.5hrs & 45mins land training)
- Monday: 6-8pm at SES Junior Pool
- Tuesday: 8-9pm at Stanground (& 7.15-8pm land training at Stanground)
- Wednesday: 5.55-6.55am at SES Memorial Pool
- Wednesday: 7-9pm at Stanground
- Friday: 5.55-6.55am at SES Memorial Pool
- Sunday: 12-1.30pm at Stanground
