Changes to Training 14 & 21 June

Training will be cancelled as follows due to the 400m Club Champs events taking place:-
Sunday 14th June 2015 - 400IM - Warm up 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start.
If you have entered the 400m IM event - there will be no training for County Youth, Midland Age, Midland Youth, Masters or Adults.
There will be training from 6pm for Junior Prem, County Age and Junior Masters from 5.45pm to 7pm as usual - but County Age will need to stop training at 7pm.
Sunday 21st June 2015 - 400m Freestyle - Warm up 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.
If you have entered the 400m Freestyle event - there will be no training for Junior Prem, Junior Masters, County Age, County Youth, Midland Age, Midland Youth, Masters or Adults.
If you have not entered either of these events, there will be no training session for your squad.
