Congratulations to Lauren Wray on all her achievements this year and for gaining National Qualifying Times. Lauren is one of our long distance specialists and swam in three events at the youth championships in Sheffield the 1500m & 800m Freestyle and also the 200m Backstroke. I’m pleased to report she improved on last year’s rankings in the 1500m by four places.
Marcus Cook also achieved National Qualifying Times but due to illness he was unable to compete, we wish him a speedy recovery.
