DSC-mail : The Deepings Swimming Club email Service

Those of you who regularly visit this website know you’ll find lots of up-to-date and interesting information about the club, forthcoming events, and the achievements of our swimmers.

To support this site and the notice board, we are now introducing a new service, which will allow the committee, parents, swimmers and helpers to register through our web site and receive our quarterly newsletter, and any other correspondence direct to their e-mail accounts. This can be found via this link www.deepingssc-mail.org.uk

You will only have to do this once, once you have registered you will receive e-mails automatically from then on.

As the club continues to grow, this will undoubtedly improve communication and hopefully ensure everybody is kept informed. It will also save the club time and money, so we can invest more into swimming and coaching, and less on paper and expensive ink cartridges.

To register is very simple:-

Log onto www.deepingssc-mail.org.uk

Just enter your name, your e-mail address, choose your relationship to the club (i.e. committee, parent, swimmer or helper).

If you are a swimmer choose the group you belong to; either Junior Development, Junior Competitive or Senior Competitive.

If you are a parent, enter the swimmers you represent and the group they belong to.

Once completed your details will automatically be sent to our database.

Please note that if swimmers and parents from the same household register separately – you will each receive some of the same information.

Your details will not be shared with any other club, organisation, or individuals.

Security is built into the system, and each registration will be verified, once approved you will then begin to receive e-mails from the club. If you do not have an e-mail account, or wish to continue to receive details in paper form please contact Sue Reynolds. You should continue to check the notice board regularly.
